In today’s post I’m going to give up one of my secrets to great physical health and stamina. like my motto reads, nutrition equals fitness. I will begin with my very own green protein smoothie. This smoothie will have everything you need for pre and post workouts with both energy and recovery contents. Okay, now for the ingredients.

* Two to three tablespoons of organic Hemp protein

* Two tablespoons of Brown rice protein

* One tablespoon of organic Wheat grass powder

* One teaspoon of Chlorella

* One scoop(15g)of Chia seed

* Maca(500g capsule)

* One tablespoon of Flax seed oil

* One medium to large Banana

* Three to four strawberries

* Two dozen Blueberries

Last but not least, I always add a fresh green to top off my smoothie, either a handful of raw spinach or a couple of leafs of Dinosaur Kale. Even half of cucumber a do. You can pick and choose between you favorite greens, just make sure you don’t skip them. You can mix everything with vapor distilled water or fresh spring water or half water and half rice milk.

Now for those of you who feel they need an animal protein, I will suggest egg white protein over whey protein. Beside Hemp protein, egg white protein is nearly identical to our own human protein, and is therefore better utilize for muscle growth. The egg white protein I use is called “Healthy n Fit”. I will sometimes alternate between the brown rice protein for the egg white protein.

Well thats it for today, I hope you found this post to be useful, and remember Nutrition Equals Fitness!
